My Coke Rewards

Readers, I need your help. You see, there's this win-win situation going on with me and a little company called Coca Cola. Here's how it works: I buy Coke products (either a 20 oz. bottle, 2 liter bottle, or 12 pack of cans) that have a red Coke Rewards cap or logo, and then I am rewarded with an all-expense paid trip for 2 to New York Fashion Week this September. So simple right? Well, not really.

I need YOU to help make my fashion dreams come true. Yes, I drink a 20 oz Diet Coke every day for lunch (to help wash down my delicious Hemo's sandwich known now as "The Jonah"), but you see, dear readers, each cap is worth a mere 3 Coke Reward points. I am currently at 168 points. The Fashion Week trip costs 26,000 points. See my dilemma?

Yes, I drink a lot of soda, but between now and the July 1st deadline, will I really drink 8, 610 20 oz. Diet Cokes? I hope so, but it seems unlikely. So, my dear friends, I need your help. Every time you see a red Coke Rewards top (or logo on the box of a 12 pack), grab it and e-mail your old pal the code under the cap. That's all it takes. Whether its your own beverage, a friend's beverage, some leftover 2 liters from a party, or your office's 12 pack boxes, just jot down the code and send it my way.

So please, dear friends, help make my dream come true. Without your aid, I'll most likely only be able to muster about 500 points or so, good for a Coca Cola plush polar bear or the American Idol trivia game (which, let's face it, I'd be more than happy to take should it be all I can afford).
